How can I request a name for an Eddie Stobart truck?
To name an Eddie Stobart truck you need to be a member. If you are not currently a member please Click here to join the Members Club.
All truck naming requests must be made in writing and can either be sent by e-mail or post. Once a request has been received a written confirmation will be sent to you.
When the name has been allocated to the truck a certificate will be sent to you.
Please note the average waiting time for a truck to be named is up to five years and only recognised girls names will be used which excludes surnames and nick names.
To reduce duplication we suggest that your request is two names e.g. Amy Louise. This also reduces the possibility of sharing your truck with someone else of the same name.
Finally we reserve the right to reject any request that we do not feel is suitable.

Which depots can I visit?
We have two designated depots where fans can go to spot trucks; they are Appleton Thorn and Rugby. Please refer to our health and safety policy before visiting any of the above sights.
Appleton Thorn Depot, Stretton Green Dist. Park, Langford Way, Appleton Thorn, Warrington, WA4 4TZ.

Please note important information regarding Appleton Thorn and Rugby Depots
Appleton Thorn Depot:
Weekday visitors should please report to Reception
Weekend visitors should report to the Operations Office (situated just next to the Stobart Café entrance at the back of the office).
Please remain on the pedestrian path which runs around the main office building
Please do not use/access the road to the support service area
Toilets are available just inside the Operations Office entrance (signposted Toilets, Showers & Depot Operations)
Stobart Café is available for a take away service on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Please do not leave the pedestrian path and enter any areas of the depot, including the fuelling areas, truck and car parks.
Please do not enter the main offices
Weekend Visitors only:-It is permissible for visitors attending the Appleton site at a weekend only to walk to the far employee car parking area, this borders the truck park. Please stay on the right hand side of the site by following the fence that borders the car park and walking along the grass
When visiting Rugby it is very important you keep to the designated area at the front of the Truckstop which is fenced off from traffic at all times. As advised by Warickshire Police and Highways Agency. This will give a good view of all traffic arriving and leaving the site
There is no access to any other areas of the site
The Depot and Fuel areas are closed for spotting
Please stay in the fenced designated area at all times.
There are facilities and refreshments available at the Truckstop
We advise you to wear high visibility clothing and to take care at all times The Truck stop shop closes at 3pm on a Saturday. Please note that the Truckstop shop is an independent shop and does not give the Members discount.
We appreciate your co-operation anyone not keeping to the restricted area will be asked to leave and wlll jeopardise spotting at Rugby being allowed to continue.

Please Note - Aggregate Industries: Due to health and saftey reasons health and safety spotting is not permitted at any Aggregate Industries Sites.
We would like to ask for your assistance in dealing with the following issue:
Stobart management has received a number of reports of instances where none Stobart employees have been mistaken for employees due to the non-Stobart employed individuals wearing items of Stobart uniform. Any person who visits a Stobart site wearing Stobart uniform who is not a Stobart employee will not be given access to the site regardless of circumstance and will be asked to leave.
The company is also taking action to deal with the illegal supply and sale of uniform and advises all members not to purchase said items as they remain the property of the company at all times thus are classed as stolen.
Finally please note this does not apply to our range of clothing purchased through the Stobart shop which you are more than welcome to wear when visiting our depots
What do I do if I have a fleet query?
Please refer to the Fleet section of the website as all trucks in service are listed here and this data is automatically updated on a daily basis. Please note that you must be a member to access this area. Unfortunately we are unable to answer non-member fleet queries.
How often is the Fleet Handbook produced?
We produce two Fleet Handbooks per year which form part of your annual membership. One is issued at Christmas and the other in the Summer.
When do I receive my member’s calendar?
Calendars are posted out just before Christmas each year you only receive one calendar a year thus you will only receive a calendar for the following year from which you enrolled as a member.
I have lost my membership card /badge can I get a replacement?
Replacements can be requested from a Stobart Shop in person or by ringing 08445 220 005. A £1.50 charge will be made for issuing a replacement.
How do I find a photograph of a particular truck?
There are some truck photos on the Fleet List section of the website.
How do I order a Club Membership as a gift?
Please call the Promotions Team on 08445 220 005 who will organise the Gift Membership for you.
How do I order a Steady Eddie Membership as a gift?
Gift memberships can be purchased by clicking on the 'Join Stobart' link at the top of the website, please follow the instuctions carefully when filling the details in. If you require any further help please call the promotions team on 08445 220 005.
How do I log onto My Membership Account?
Please visit www.stobartclubandshop.co.uk
Click onto Members Area button on the top tight hand side of the home page
Under ‘Existing Members and Customers' enter your Membership number or email address.
In the box below enter your password. If all is correct and your Membership account is valid you will proceed to your account and able to visit all the Members only sections and receive the Members discount when you purchase from the shop.
If your Membership has expired within the last 90 days you will not be able to enter the Members only section but you will be able to renew your account. The cost is £18.99 please click onto your account then click to RENEW and follow the instructions to the payment page. You will then be able to enter the Members only section.
If your Membership expired longer than 90 days you will then need to proceed to join the Members Club. Your account will be renewed for 12 months the cost is £21.99 and you will then receive a brand new Membership pack. Your Membership number and log in details will remain the same.

What do I do if I am unable to log on successfully?
If you have lost your Membership number please call the Promotions Team and we will look into your account. Please be aware the passwords are case sensitive.
If you have forgotten your password click onto ‘forgotten your password' you will then be asked to enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
